Legal Center
Public notices for OppFinder account access, email, privacy, subscription preferences, uploads, and support contacts.
These notices describe the current OppFinder and Quill experience, including account access, uploaded-content handling, email communications, and customer support channels.
Effective date: July 1, 2026.
Scope: public Home, account access, and authenticated workspace use of OppFinder.
Privacy Policy
How OppFinder handles account, company profile, upload, billing, support, and email preference data.
OppFinder processes account data, company profile data, user-provided files, billing-support information, and workspace activity needed to operate access control, matching, reporting, customer support, and account administration.
Access to saved data is limited by role, workspace visibility rules, and platform administration controls. Company profile visibility defaults to private until an authorized user changes it.
Optional product, promotion, opportunity, and member-update email categories are disabled by default unless a user explicitly opts in during signup or in the email subscription center.
OppFinder does not sell email lists, does not buy or rent third-party prospect lists, and does not use scraped recipient lists for outbound email.
Users may request updates, corrections, or removal of profile information through support@oppfinder.ai.
Terms of Service
User responsibilities and limits for the OppFinder decision-support service.
OppFinder provides workflow and decision-support tools. It does not guarantee contract awards, shortlist placement, teaming success, revenue results, or other business outcomes.
Users are responsible for lawful use, account security, and uploading only material they are authorized to share. Sensitive or regulated content should be handled according to the user's own organizational requirements.
Match scoring, recommendations, and reports depend on the quality, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of source data and user-provided information.
Users must not use OppFinder to send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, or abusive content.
Email and Subscription Policy
How OppFinder sends transactional and optional email.
OppFinder sends customer email from the monitored sender address oppfinder@oppfinder.ai and routes support replies through monitored OppFinder contact mailboxes.
Transactional email includes account verification, password reset, billing/account notices, security notices, and required service messages.
Optional email includes product announcements, promotions, opportunity alerts, and preference-based member updates. Optional categories require explicit opt-in and can be changed from the user's profile or from email preference links.
Optional one-to-one messages include unsubscribe or manage-preference links when a subscription token is available. One-click unsubscribe disables optional categories while preserving required transactional mail.
OppFinder processes Amazon SES bounce and complaint notifications, records delivery events, and suppresses recipients after bounce or complaint feedback.
OppFinder does not use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party recipient lists.
Cookie Notice
How browser cookies and local storage support the web app.
OppFinder uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session protection, application reliability, iDScan device-local flow state, and remembered-device security when a user explicitly enables it.
Optional functional preferences may store local UI choices such as theme, tour reminders, layout preferences, onboarding convenience, and workspace continuity.
Analytics and diagnostics are reserved for future opt-in use. Third-party analytics and marketing/advertising cookies are not active by default in this experience.
The first-use prompt offers Accept, Decline, and Settings. Accept enables optional functional and diagnostic preferences, Decline keeps only essential storage, and Settings lets users choose optional categories. Clearing browser storage may remove saved preferences, trusted-device metadata, onboarding drafts, or session context.
iDScan Barcode Data
Plain-language notice for iDScan door-scan data handling.
iDScan may process machine-readable barcode data from U.S. driver licenses and state identification cards for venue age-check and review workflows.
Raw barcode text and full document numbers are not retained by default. iDScan remains a decision-support tool: a Pass means configured local checks passed, not that a document has been independently proven legally authentic by an issuing authority.
Default phone-scanning behavior is device-local/browser-local for the door path. Scan images are not sent to a backend AI runtime for visual review by default.
Legal Contact
How to contact OppFinder for legal, privacy, policy, or email-delivery questions.
For privacy, legal, policy, abuse, or email-delivery requests, contact support@oppfinder.ai.
Include enough detail for the team to identify the affected account, workspace, company profile, uploaded document, or email preference record.
